We are Stefan and Sharinda, an entrepreneurial couple with a great love for Bosnia. After years of business experience in the Netherlands, we are embarking on a new adventure in the country we call home. Our mission is twofold: to provide specialized personnel to the European inland shipping sector and to create sustainable employment for young people in Bosnia.

Why Bosnia?
It's a love story. Stefan has been visiting Bosnia for 20 years due to family, and Sharinda immediately fell in love with the country, the warm people, the fantastic cuisine, and the breathtaking nature. Now that we are taking the step to live here, there is no better moment to introduce others (and the inland shipping industry) to the enormous potential of Bosnia and its talented youth.
Why Inland Shipping?
The European inland shipping sector is a vital industry that is constantly seeking motivated and well-trained professionals. We see the perfect match: the strong work ethic and potential of Bosnian youth, coupled with the stable and challenging career opportunities that inland shipping offers.
Our personal, most important goal is to guide these young talents toward a secure job on the European waterways.
Stefan
Background: Years of experience in shipping,diving and more active with his own business since 2006. Brings commercial insight, logistical knowledge, and operational expertise.
Sharinda
Background: Strong in healthcare, own foundation and therefore highly skilled in interpersonal relations, coaching, and recruitment. Her strength lies in evaluating people .
Together
Shared Success: We previously established a foundation from scratch and grew it into an organization with 25 employees. We know how to start with nothing and build a successful enterprise.
